About us The UK needs Churches Church Mortgages Direct is a mission organisation with a heart for evangelism. Our heritage starts with a man who planted new Churches up and down the UK and saw the need to generate finance to provide buildings for those new congregations. The values of Church Mortgages Direct • We believe in honouring God and the Lord Jesus Christ in all that we do • We seek to advance the Kingdom of God and His church in all its diversity • We value people – people matter to us because people matter to God • We consider finance and commerce to be tools for building the Kingdom of God You can use our services whether you plan to: • Buy We can finance the initial purchase of a building which will often require conversion, modernisation and/or repair to make it suitable for the planned purpose. We have financed the conversion of a fish factory, purchase of a school as well as a listed Catholic Church building. • Build We can help finance the purchase of land and the subsequent construction of new, purpose-built facilities. We have funded new-build projects ranging from community centres to Churches to new sports facilities. • Extend When you own property and wish to expand we can help finance an extension or additional buildings on your site. We have even financed the installation of a balcony and a roof garden! • Develop If your current building is no longer suitable for your present use or worship style we can help finance the development of new interiors. From new toilets or kitchen to a full internal rearrangement or renovation... we have financed them all. Who is Church Mortgages Direct?
