Repayments

As many churches are building for future generations, we recognise the need for long-term support for your vision.

At Church Mortgages Direct, we can organise 30-year repayments for some mortgages. Why not contact us today to discuss your needs.

Flexible repayments

Church Mortgages Direct understands good stewardship and encourages early repayment without penalty charges.

We allow lump sum payments at any time. When you tell us a payment is a lump sum, we recalculate your interest and minimum monthly repayments immediately.

If you wish to pay more than your minimum monthly repayment, you can do so without penalty.

You can also pay off the mortgage in full without attracting any early repayment charges. However, if you transfer your mortgage to another lender during the first two years, an Early Repayment Charge is payable.

Interest rates

Interest-only option

We offer an interest-only period of up to two years on some mortgages, particularly if you are paying rent on temporary premises while your new project is becoming established or building is completed.
